Went in for a watch battery and came out with most wonderful, beautiful necklace for my life long friend. We may not have that much time together as she is very ill, but the time we spent in this shop will always stay with us.. What a find! The people in Knowle Goldsmiths provide you with good old fashioned customer service that seems so rare nowadays. Every time I visit this shop I feel well looked after. Nothing is too much trouble . Even during this lockdown, utilising their Facebook page I was able to select gifts for my loved ones - which they will gift wrap and post for me. Christmas shopping done! And if ever you need your jewellery valued then look nowhere else. Well qualified with over 40 years experience. I simply wouldn't trust anyone else. Highly recommended.

I have bought several pieces from the gents at KG. Stephen has gemstone qualifications, it is reassuring to know that he has selected items worthy of display in his premises. This takes the hard work and stress out of buying gemstone jewellery.
