The Kindergarten is a lovely home from home safe environment where your children will benefit from our super curriculum. We have been open and caring for children for over 14 years. We combine the best of traditional and Montessori teaching methods to give every child a structured educational plan to include reading, writing, art, music and movement as well as having fun!
Each child is assigned to a keyworker who are responsible for record keeping and monitoring. All our staff our fully qualified and our nursery is multi-cultural with English, French, Polish and Arabic spoken.

At The Kindergarten we provide a superior curriculum combining the very best of both traditional and Montessori teaching methods to give each and every child that attends our school the very best start in life.
All children who attend The Kindergarten are given the ultimate in education and care and are give a structured educational plan to work on every area of our curriculum which includes: reading, writing, number work, computer skills, art, cookery, French, music and movement, and drama.

At The Kindergarten we aim to give every child a love of books. Each day the children can take home a folder with some books that they have chosen from the school library. The library is well stocked with favourite authors and we ask that parents take an active interest in this part of the curriculum.
Our staff are fully-trained and if any child has special needs the nursery will obtain all relevant and available help and work with the parents to ensure that their child receives the very best care and education possible. We do ask that any relevant information be divulged to The Kindergarten as early as is possible to enable us to provide the best care possible.
Of course, at times, your child will be unwell. We ask that you keep unwell children at home and observe correct guidelines for the various illnesses, for instance: if a child has sickness and diarrhoea they must be kept at home for a minimum of 48 hours after the last bout and we ask that you respect these guidelines as a consideration to the staff and the other children.
Here at The Kindergarten we try to offer a very full and enjoyable curriculum for all the children. In order to do this we provide different classes on each day to enhance their learning skill, meet the targets set within the Early Years Foundation Curriculum and prepare them for Reception Class. Monday is cookery with Kiddi Cook.

The worst nursery in North London. I had to move my son to a different nursery as the staff neglects children. They are not even supervised properly, the staff is always busy doing something else. My son was not happy and he complained another boy hit him. Please check carefully when choosing this nursery.
