Play and Learn Day Nursery is open for children aged 6 months to 5 years. We oer the highest quality of education, endless commitment and comprehensive childcare. It is important that children receive a well-balanced education while being able to play and discover themselves.

Services
As part of our registration process at Play and Learn Day Nursery we have a welcome pack and detailed information about the nursery, for you to read. There is a registration fee of 50.00 (only applicable for private children), this fee is non-refundable but will secure your space.
A deposit of 400 (only applicable for private children), which is refundable, is payable prior to your child's start date by Credit Card / BACS (we don't accept any cash payments).Once the registration has been done, the settling-in period will be arranged.

Starting nursery can be an exciting but also anxious time for you and your child, we hope to make this time as comfortable and pleasant as we possibly can and will answer any questions you may have. Settling period consists of a minimum of two days and could go on for the whole week; this will depend on how the child reacts on their first day.
Your child's safety and well being is our paramount concern, and it is vital that you feel confident that you can leave your child in our care, knowing they are safe. No-one is allowed onto the premises who is not known to the members of sta. We operate an eective door entry system therefore sta can perform a check on everyone entering the nursery.
Our meals are prepared on the premises using only fresh ingredients and seasonal vegetables. Children with special dietary requirements will be catered for where realistically possible. Our meals are carefully planned to meet the individual dietary and/or health needs of each child. All the meals are prepared by a qualified and fully trained cook ensuring that fresh fruit and vegetables are served daily.
At Play and Learn Day Nursery we know of the importance of communication with parents at all times so that we can make sure you child is getting the best possible care at the nursery and at home to suit their requirements. When you collect your child at the end for the day you will be given feedback on your child's day, what they did throughout the day, how much they ate and if they slept and so on.

My boy is still adapting in nursery, but I can see what amazing staff looking after children. He is already singing at home new songs, when I ask do you like nursery he says: "yes I do". It makes me happy. As he spend 3 years only with me, I was scared about letting him go, but now surely he is adapting. HUGE thank you, your team is amazing <3
