When you call Report

We operate a Computerised and Automated Booking and Dispatch System that allocates all bookings received automatically to the nearest vehicle, electronically sending this information and data direct to the vehicle Data head Terminal. Our system incorporates 'Caller Line Identification'. This automatically displays on screen the callers number to our operator, as the call or when the call is answered.

Very poor 40 minutes late no customers servuce to ring as no one answers the phone late at night just let it ring first time I have booked and it will be the last there was 3 other customers still waiting for there taxi that night all running late

Diabolical service booked a taxi for it not to turn up when trying to contact the office no answer. No taxi within 30 minutes of time so booked with Richmond taxi who turned up within 5 minutes

Was told about half an hour was just calling to cancel when the phon message said it would be 3 minuites. Stood outside for about 10 then the bloke rings from about half a mile away asking if I was by a bus stop. Missed the origional destinaton as it was closed by this time. Went litterally round a corner from aldi to asda if you live in southwick then the bloke racked up 80p fuling the taxi on wait time at the garage. Pit was only supposed to be a lazy ride for some cheap beer ends up twice the price.
