Told me they would come on time for me to get my train and then turned up 15 mins late and when I tried to cancel they wouldn’t let me and said I’d have to pay anyway even if I didn’t get the taxi, cost me £80 in train fares and £10 in taxi fares that I didn’t need but they wouldn’t let me cancel, the man on the phone was not helpful at all, would not recommend if you’re relying on them for something important as if they’d have just been honest and told me they couldn’t do it it would have saved me more time and money!!!

Absolutely terrible. Didn't turn up once and the second time, although I clarified my address twice on the phone, they were clearly more interested in playing with the children I could hear in the background; didn't write it down; got it wrong; then insisted they were at my house; took 10 minutes on the phone to agree they were not outside my door and were at the wrong house; and I missed my train. It cost me £150 to buy a new train ticket on the day. They wouldn't accept the complaint, wouldn't reply to phone calls, or emails, or letters, and wouldn't even apologise.
