NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN - Bought my son trainers and only wore them for 2 days and they are falling apart. I spoke to the manager and he wanted to glue the shoe back together (SHOCKING) yes there was a scuff mark but what do you expect as he's a 9 year old boy. This is quite clearly a manufacturing fault but the manager quite clearly didn't have any good customer service skills to offer and change them over!!!!
