We are a family run independant children's footwear retailer based in the UK. Founded in 2007 by myself (Liz) we have grown from strength to strength, with clientelle spread across the world. We purchased our first pair of shoes from Shoe 22 today. We received fantastic service. The wide range of shoes are all excellent quality. My son fell in love with a beautiful pair of Lelli Kelly shoes so… they had to come home with us! Thanks again for the fantastic shopping experience. We will be returning for all his shoes in the future.

I really felt the need to give a 5* review for this LOVELY shop and lady. I will be recommending this store to all my friends and family. The service was incredible from the moment we stepped into the store. We were greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. If I could give less than one star I would! I phoned up to find out about a pair of shoes and whether they had the right size in stock. The lady I spoke to on the phone was helpful and polite. Unfortunately on arriving at the store the following day I was greeted by loud music playing and after a few minutes of loud talking someone came out and asked if they could help. The young lady was well presented. She went looking for the shoes and came out with completely the wrong size even though on the phone the day before I had checked three times as we needed an outsize pair for very narrow feet
