Death is a part of the cycle of life, yet even though we know this at times it does not make it any easier to face or come to terms with. Even if the death is expected one the range of emotions which can surface may take us by surprise, they are not the one's we were expecting to feel. All of these are normal emotions to feel and it is also normal to feel overwhelmed by them and unable to cope.
