At Abracadabra Day Nursery we aim to provide a safe and stimulating environment in which all children feel happy and secure. Our committed and qualified team provide opportunities to stimulate interest and imagination and to create new experiences to extend each child's individual development linked to the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum.
Children are encouraged to communicate ideas and feelings in a variety of ways and to promote positive attitudes to self and others so they develop confidence and self-esteem. We are a spacious and friendly nursery with the capacity to take up to 60 children each day aged from 6 weeks to five years.

Services
Settling in is a very important part of starting at a new nursery so you and your child are both relaxed and happy. All children will react differently to being left for the first time so it will depend on your child. When your child's place has been confirmed at Abracadabra we will arrange for two settling-in sessions to be booked prior to your child starting.
Fees are payable throughout the year including bank holiday, sickness and holidays. Fees are due on the beginning of each month for that month starting. A 100 or 150 deposit is required to secure your space, and this is returned to you on your last month of notice. Abracadabra provides a full range of nappies, wipes, formula milk and bottles, and sun-cream.
All children need to experience a planned programme of activities and experiences moulded to their stage of development and taking into account of their individual needs. Each child is allocated a key worker who will work closely with their key children to monitor and observe their progress and development.
At Abracadabra Day Nursery all meals and snacks are prepared daily by our nursery chef and are well balanced, fresh and appetising. Our mealtimes are an opportunity for children to socialise together and they are encouraged to use cutlery. The older children are also given the encouragement and confidence to serve their own snacks and pour their own drinks.
Abracadabra Day Nursery is a spacious and friendly nursery with the capacity to take up to 48 children each day aged from 6 weeks to five years. We are open Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 6pm all year round, except Bank and Public Holidays. The nursery is registered with Ofsted, unique reference number EY298035.
