This is the foundation for all dance disciplines and develops the ability to move with grace and posture. The study of ballet also builds strength and flexibility.
Early classes begin with fun and creative movement and then gradually move on to the more formal syllabus-based classes from 4 years upwards where grades are studied through to the vocational levels up to Advanced 2. We recommend and encourage the study of ballet to all of our students. This has its foundation from ballet and is always a developing style due to changing fashions within dance.
