Each of our Nursery settings provide specialist care for babies, toddlers, and pre-school children. Tracy is Managing Director of the Jancett Group, which in addition to our Community of Nurseries, comprises our Playsafe Clubs and JACE Training. Drawing on her extensive knowledge and experience in Early Years education and care, Tracy has a very active and practical approach to her role, where she is always there to offer support and guidance to all employees within the Jancett community.
The Jancett Group was formed over 50 years ago by wife and husband, Chris and John Pritchard. Chris was a teacher at the time and on starting a family looked for a local nursery to take care of her children during the day, so that she could return to work. She struggled to find a suitable local provider and being a determined young individual, decided to start her own Nursery.
Nursery spaces and early years rooms can be busy and sometimes a little overwhelming to young minds. We have a more simplistic approach towards our environments and we have created clear and natural space, decorating our rooms in neutral colours.
Our 'Communication Friendly Spaces' or 'Enabling Environments' can help create a calmer environment for children and generate or renew an interest in a certain activity, bringing many benefits to children's well-being and development.This approach, coupled with our literacy-based Curriculum, provides those within our care the best opportunity to learn and grow with confidence.
