My daughter and I viewed a property to rent in Southend and were met by Ben Zammit, an estate agent for Hair and Son, who showed us around the property. He was totally professional, polite, patient and his outstanding customer service skills were impressive.
We had a bad experience with another estate agents so were not only happy with his service but on visiting the estate agent on the London Road, in Southend, we were made to feel very welcome and comfortable by the whole teams approachable, friendly high level of customer service.
I would highly recommend going through Hair and Son to rent

IMPERIAL AVENUE 45B ....I applied for a property and provided details as requested which included the fact that I am medically retired due to injuries from work and am on disability benefits, I have a home owner guarantor earning 49k a year. I was told the flat was let. A friend rang up and booked a viewing a few days after for this same property and took me along. The man showing the property was Ben who was the person who sent me the email saying it was let. He looked quite agitated when he saw me and avoided talking and looking towards me and to me. I was given a guarantors form to fill out

Ben Zammit and Olivia Dedman were so incredibly helpful! Both very responsive and happy to answer any and all questions I had. The whole process of moving in was easy and they kept me updated the entire time. It was also superb that upon moving in, there was something that needed to be done and they quickly sorted that for me too! I had a call the next day and someone was round to fix it. Both really lovely people and it is one of the best moving in experiences I have had. Thank you so much both and I would really recommend anyone using them. I experienced horrible customer service with this company as a paying and polite tenant.
They were rude and unhelpful when the landlord stopped communicating with me.
I finally had to leave and even when I urgently needed a reference to get a new flat, they flatly repeated that it takes a week to process over and over again.
EDIT: Paddy Holiday is a pseudonym, I hope you eventually take these terrible review scores seriously for the sake of your customers.
