Our ethos is to provide a happy, nurturing and creative learning environment for children. A wide variety of exciting activities are on offer daily that encourage our children to learn through play following the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum. Our Pre-School starts at 9.05am.
Throughout the session children have a choice to participate in a range of activities including painting, arts and crafts, role play, sand and water, construction and physical activities both in the hall and our outside area.We love to meet new people, so please feel free to visit us during our open hours.

Services
If you are entitled to FEET or 30 hours funding please provide us with your code. Universal 15 hours funding will be applied for by pre-school the term after a child's 3rd birthday. Lunch club is available Monday - Thursday. Children bring their own packed lunch. Lunch club is charged inline with standard hourly rate and can be added to any morning session.
Children can join our pre-school from the age of 2. Please come and see us to discuss when would be best for you and your child to start. It's up to you! We suggest a minimum of two sessions to start. As your child settles in you can increase their sessions up to the full 5 mornings, add lunch club and extended days to suit your requirements.

Both my son and daughter have attended the Preschool and absolutely thrived. They both learned so much, but also formed great friendships with the other children. The setting is great with a spacious hall where different play and learn options are provided every day, and there's a fun outside area too that the kids love. Staff are amazing and it's so clear that they enjoy spending time with the children. As it's a community Preschool there are plenty of opportunities for parents to get involved - and a lovely chance to get to know other parents better too! Highly recommend 😊

The horseshoe community pre school not only provides our children with lots of opportunities to learn, they provide a loving and family friendly environment for our children to thrive! My daughter has been attending this preschool for 18 months and she thoroughly enjoys her time there. The staff are excellent and it’s very obvious that they love their jobs! I would highly recommend this pre school.
