We ask everyone entering our premises to continue to use facemasks in order to protect vulnerable patients and staff. Anyone not wearing a facemask will be asked to wait outside until called in to see the clinician, or if due to see a vulnerable clinician may have their appointment cancelled on arrival or delayed until another clinician is available.

Patients with high-risk symptoms may be asked to attend a different site. If you need urgent medical advice between the hours of 6.30 pm - 8 am weekdays, during weekends or on Bank Holidays - please telephone 111. Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either a high temperature or a new, continuous cough or loss/change to sense of smell or taste.

Who are we? We are a group of individuals who are all patients at this surgery and are interested in maintaining and improving the service we all receive. Please let us know how likely you are to recommend our GP practice to your friends and family. All you will be asked to do is reply to some short questions occasionally and meet with us up to 10 times a year.

I have nothing but praise for this surgery , and I have been with them for many years
Last June I lost my daughter, I went online consult asking for a fit note for work , a couple of hours later a lady I think was called Angie apologise if I got name wrong she was so kind and caring and wanted to makesure I was coping , 2 weeks later I needed another fitnote for work and spoke to the Lovely Dr Radia (female) who again was happy to give me a fitnote but again was more concerned about how I was coping and letting me know they were there if I needed extra help
Which thankfully I didn't
I got ill

I have been so impressed with this surgery. Sarah was so helpful today and went out of her way to make sure I was contacted despite my awkward working hours. Thank you so much!

Trying to get an appointment is a joke. All have gone by 8.30. Told to book online but can't find the link. Enough to make you ill.

Absolutely dreadful. It says on their website that their doctors earned an average of £102,700 last year - God knows what for.
The staff at this surgery treat people in an arrogant and high handed manner and do not listen.
You can barely every speak with anyone; never get the same person twice; and the advice dispensed is often rubbish (I have had to go elsewhere to get things sorted out.
Avoid.

Discusted, elderly family member waiting over 10 months for necessary medical supplies, waiting in for promised home visit that dont happen , wrong medicine prescribed, waiting for call backs from surgery that dont happen. Not sure who to complain to first, General Medical Council , or Quality Care Commission - i would not recommend this surgery to anyone. i know there is a pandemic at the moment, but other surgeries seem to manage

The receptionists do their best but I believe the Doctors (as well as other NHS services that are linked) are the problem when it comes to getting things done at a good general speed and thinking about the patients at the other end of prescriptions. We cannot be too harsh though as these services are simply over run with work and I think anyone of us who got a chance to experience what these services have to in just one day (let alone a week etc) would come to appreciate this, fact is NHS is struggling, toooo many people, not enough Doctors, Nurses etc etc

The service is absolutely rubbish! After my cervical screening in November I had to chase my results. I've received them in January, however that's a small issue.
My partner is struggling to get an appointment for nearly two weeks because he is bleeding heavily from his nose. It happens suddenly, sometimes during his sleep. However, he's been to the pharmacy, they couldn't help, he's been to A&E but they told him to go to the GP for further checks because he needs to be seen by a specialist and the hospital is not able to send the referral.
The GP should he the one that could refer him but only
