After many years in the hospitality industry being involved in hotels Guest Houses and B&B we realised there was something many of our guests were looking for which was missing, home away from home. Somewhere with all the comforts of home without the constraints of the conventional Hotel, Guest house or B&B.
Hertford is a vibrant fusion of old and new with modern riverside developments surrounding the historic Hertford Castle and its neighbouring roads and buildings. Hertford is the county town of Hertfordshire and hosts a weekly market dating back to the 18th century and is home to the McMullens brewery opened in 1830.
We loved the apartment, with two children it was a great alternative to a hotel we could open t he French doors and enjoy a glass of wine in the garden, location was excellent and parking right outside our apartment was great. Fabulous apartment so much better than hotel as I could record My favourite TV programmes make my own personal playlist on the Sonos music system, and walk into the centre of town in a few minutes.
