Very lovely atmosphere in The Mulberry Tree (the hotels bar and restaurant). Not sure about the ale (Atlantic - maybe it was off?), but on the whole it was very nice. Will be back to try a different drink next time!

Excellent location. Room clean and well equipped. Restaurant and bar are very good. Breakfast was outstanding; salmon and scrambled eggs are to die for! Multiple levels and lack of lift might be an issue for some, but didn't bother us. Would stay again.

Spent a pleasant night at this hotel. Clean comfortable room, if a little sparsely decorated. Great location for Malvern and the hills. Great view out of the front window. Though some traffic noise as no double glazing. Quiet enough during the night. Staff efficient, friendly and helpful. Could do with some lounge furniture in the bar.

I ve recently started to come back into The Mount Pleasant since my wife and I moved back into the town again. I must say I think there is a tremendous improvement in the ambiance of this place. The staff are great, the beer cracking and the Sunday lunch yesterday was lovely.
My wife ate hers quicker than me she enjoyed it so much.
Many thanks to everyone concerned. Well done.

I generally stay here when visiting Malvern. Big rooms/bathrooms and great location at the top of Church Street. The breakfast is served at your table and is excellent, particularly the "Full English". I didn't need lunch after this breakfast. My only small gripe is they could be more generous with the shampoo/shower gel, just a small tube supplied.

Well run traditional hotel on the side of the Malvern hills. Clean and tidy inside, very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast in restaurant downstairs, including hot options. Even if in a room without a "full" view the hotel is pleasantly located with the hills rising behind.

Stayed here really recently and had a fantastic and relaxing stay.
The hotel is in such a great location if you want to take in all of what Malvern has to offer. It's right next to the 99 steps which take you up to the Malvern Hills - and the views there are just stunning! And it's also right near the main town and shops, literally just a road away. Perfect location.
The rooms are really clean and in good condition, with a comfy bed to top it off. Also if you want a room with a view then it's got to be Room 1 - absolutely stunning, and a massive room too!
The breakfast was great and really speedy
