Midland Builders' operations are based in the West Midlands but we operate throughout the UK. We are a highly regarded building, construction and refurbishment company offering a complete range of services.
In 2014 we decided to have our kitchen updated into a larger open-plan style, and to do this we needed to increase the size of the kitchen by extending into the garage (attached to the side of the house) and converting the existing conservatory into a solid extension. Throughout the build, we had regular contact with Jo (admin assistant) or Mark Fletcher providing progress reports.

Excellent work by Midland Builders! Moved into our new house and had work done in every single room as well as converting the garage into a play room for the kids! Not really knowing what it would involve, Mark listened to our ideas and then helped to create our perfect family home. Special mention too for Ian who was great and made sure we were involved and updated every step of the way! A very professional company who I’d have no trouble looking to work with again
