Definitely our favourite kitchen project to date. This was a complete refurbishment of the kitchen including a new condensing boiler to replace the old gravity fed system, cutting through a dividing wall to make another doorway into the dinning room, complete re wire, complete re plaster including ornate coving, new back door and window and finally brand new kitchen and appliances including all.
This landscaping job, entailed building a two tiered retaining wall arrangement comprising a flight of steps through both, slabbing, and finishing as shown in the pictures. The customer was very happy indeed with the outcome, which is tidy, and modern. MR Builders were contracted to construct the base for a new conservatory.
This customer approached us with ideas for a new driveway. After researching various different options they decided on using a cobble effect paving block. The customers' main requirement was to create more space for parking. Subsequently the driveway doubled in width taking up some area of lawn to provide extra space.

This project included installing a canopy roof across the front of the property and a new block paved driveway for off road parking. New plastic facia boards and guttering can cover up wood that might be a little past it's prime, and provide a low maintenance and smart solution. Modern plastics have come a long way, and today's external plastics don't yellow in the sun, fade, or crack and craze.
