We employed Newcastle Builders a few years ago to build a small side extension on our house. Neil and his team were faultless throughout. Punctual, hard working, thorough. Everything was done to the highest standard and attention to detail. We were thrilled with the end result and our new open plan living.
The customer wanted to remove the conservatory and improve the living area in the kitchen landscape the rear garden. This was a build with a few challenges, the foremost being that all of the soil had to be taken through the house since there was no access to the rear garden form the road.
The bifold doors and lantern are a great feature on this extension, bringing in lots of natural light, and something well worth considering for single storey extensions.Underfloor heating was also installed in the kitchen for a luxurious feel in the winter months.

The customer had recently purchased the property with a view to extending to accommodate their growing family. The extension allowed for a family sized kitchen diner with bi-fold doors to open up into the garden. The lantern lets in plenty of natural light and looks stunning in a kitchen. The inner wall was taken out and RSJ's installed to create an open plan ground floor and access to the new garage.
