A wonderful house perfect for get-togethers, family gatherings, celebrations or quiet breaks. Thorne Park is situated in North Devon only 4 miles from the Devon/Cornwall border and 10miles inland from Bude.
Exeter is an hour away and has an Airport and Major Rail Station. Barnstaple also has a Rail Station. Regular Buses run to and from Holsworthy from Exeter, Barnstaple and Bude. Freeview giving you a variety of channels to choose from or just sit outside and look at the stars and moon on a clear night far away from the city lights.

A mile and half from Holsworthy, Thorne Park is peaceful and unspoilt with lovely views, just ten miles from the beautiful coastline at Bude.

We stayed in Beech House, Thorne Park.
This place was perfect, it was warm and welcoming on arrival. The Mince pies, clotted cream and wine were a very welcome surprise.
The house had plenty of room for the nine of us and would have easily taken more. Spotlessly clean and very well equipped, I cannot recommend this house highly enough.

Marlene and Dave were fantastic! We stayed at the B&B first so we could go surfing nearby in Bude. We had such a great time that we decided to come back and bring our friends. We stayed in the large self-catering farm house with gorgeous big fireplaces and enough room to comfortably sleep all 12 of us. With a pool table, jacuzzi, beautiful surrounding gardens, farmland and Cornwalls beaches nearby we all had plenty to see and do on our break. I would highly recommend the B&B or Self catering Farm house if you need a place to stay in Holsworthy, North Devon and Cornwall borders.
