We set a challenge for Lisa to create an individual looking cake for a special ocassion. Not only did Lisa amaze us with the design of the cake but she created it within budget too. Hi, my name is Lisa and I am the owner/founder of Ponty Carlo cakes in Pontypridd in South Wales. I am the very proud mother of 3 wonderful children. Even though I have always loved cooking and baking, this journey all started when my daughter was coming up to 18, that I decided that I wanted to make her a birthday cake.
