I have been making celebration cakes for 30 years, and set up Artisan Cakes in 2008, which I run from my home near Cowbridge in the Vale of Glamorgan. I have a City & Guilds certificate and NVQ in Sugarcraft and design from Neath and Port Talbot College and hold a 5 star hygiene rating from the Vale of Glamorgan local authority.
Every birthday cake is a one off and totally unique, they can depict your hobbies, interests or maybe your dreams. It is important that your cake tastes as good as it looks, and can be any of the wide range of flavours Myfanwy specialises in, such as, Victoria Sponge, chocolate fudge, carrot cake, lemon cake, gluten free the list goes on.
