Terrible service, i phoned up while I was very ill and spoke to the staff asking if they had a medication in stock which they confirmed that they did and asked them to put to the side for me to collect.
When I got there they pretended as if our conversation didn’t happen even after me showing them proof of our phone call on my phone. They are either liars or completely incompetent (or both)

Expensive Pharmacy (Will always rethink now onwards)
Need to review price labels or suppliers. I went to buy Strepsils Honey & Lemon Sore Throat Relief Lozenges, cost was 4.69 for 16x, whereas boots sells it for 2.99 (24x), nearby pharmacy sold it for 3.99 (24x), Superdrug sells it for 4.79 (36x). Difference of approx 15 pence per Lozenge. This is just with one item, not sure what about other OTC items / prescriptions!!

Subhash the pharmacy owner had a serious memory lapse when I showed up as a concerned member of the public. Secretly I had to question his ability to practise as a responsible pharmacist. My mother was witness to his behavioural issues. His wife is very aggressive and wears the trousers. That is very evident. Maybe both of them need to write a CPD cycle on their behaviour towards me as a I worked as a PRE REGISTRATION pharmacist at their low budget independent pharmacy. Even my mother is disappointed in their behaviour. My judgement had to come into question and a therefore have written a google

***Piss take alert*** After a very long 14 hr shift on my ambulance yesterday I stopped into WILLOW PHARMACY, Meadfield road, Langley, to collect a much needed prescription. Whilst waiting, the young lad behind the counter said to me ‘would you like a hand… sanitizer’, yeah lovely I thought, how kind! He reached under his counter and produced a 50ml bottle of hand sanitiser which I gratefully received as, despite being on frontline dealing with multiple suspected COVID 19 cases daily,
