Terrible place - staff and management totally disordered and v rude. Need to go on some sort of management course. Many businesses are having a good Covid and providing good customer service. This business isn't. Not a clue - totally disorganised and shabby. Should be a beacon of community light in these dark times not a dark hole. FYI talking about a paying customer behind their back is not a good optic. Shame on you Touchstone.

Very rude staff. Left me waiting in the queue without even acknowledging that I was patiently waiting. Definitely don't recommend this pharmacy. Not helpful staff at all. Left me feeling very upset.

Very poor customer service. Have been trying to get travel vaccinations for the last 3 weeks and have been told to call back another day and when I do call, I am told someone will call me back which had never followed through. If you are looking to get travel vaccinations, I wouldn't recommend going here especially if you are already anxious about vaccinations and need effective answers and easy process of booking a simple consultation.

Under staffed, Ive been to this chemist on several occasions for a baby passport photo to be taken and on several occasions have been turned away due to the one staff member who is able to do it, is never in or on their break for ages. Its not acceptable to advertise a service and not be able to get it. All staff should be able to carry out this service. This is my local chemist and shouldn’t have to go else where to get the passport photo done.
