Awful service. Not suitable for a service to sick and old. I had to wait a long time outside in rain and cold weather to get in. There was a que but only one or occasionally two girls were attending. Once i managed to get to the window, i found out there payment machine was not working and there were no cash machine in the vicinity. Unbelievable experience. Very poor management. I will not recommend it to anyone. Try different pharmacy.

Came and ordered my blood pressure tablets and was asked to collect after 17:00. Did not have time so popped in next day only to hear there is no medicine. Was advised that I have to contact GP for repeat prescription despite that it was not the first time I have ordered and collected my tablets from this pharmacy. When I brought this up the lady put an unprofessional comment. It was not a big deal if they forgot to put my name down for the medicine. A simple sorry would be enough and I would not be upset whatsoever - we are all humans and mistakes happen. Poor service
