As my passion is teaching I've gained an accreditation by the Yoga Alliance as a senior teacher with over 10000 teaching hours. Also I have Achieved a level 3 diploma & a 400YTT certification as a Pilates Instructor. It is my passion to help people live happy healthy lives with mind body & movement.

The setting for the retreat was perfect - private, beautiful and very relaxed. It was a fantastic opportunity to share my enjoyment of Yoga with other like minded people, share our stories and have time to reflect - it didn't disappoint.
One of the main reasons for introducing a short yoga or meditation practice in the work place is the increasing amount of stress that people experience, as a result of work pressure, lack of work-life balance, and financial pressures. This in turn can lead to loss of motivation which can lead to depression and anxiety.
Jackies Classes are based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Yoga classes at JK's Wellness world attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Following the pandemic I decided it was time to pursue new challenges and experiences so I booked into my first sound experience with JK Wellness World. It was absolutely amazing and I enjoyed it so much I booked a second full moon experience immediately. Jackie is amazing, she makes you feel welcome and secure to enjoy this unique practice. I will now be a regular, if there was more classes I’d book on them all. Very highly recommended especially for the busy and stressed out professional who needs a moment to stop and reflect. I have been enjoying Jackie’s classes for a few years now and can’t imagine using anyone else. Jackie was amazing during the lockdowns running a huge selection of online yoga and Pilates classes, always with a smile and her endless positivity and enthusiasm.
My favourite though are the yin yoga classes and sound. Jackie introduced me to the sound bath experiences a couple of years ago and I just love them. Such a great way to relax. Jackie has so much knowledge and experience. She explains everything so well whatever level you are at.

Jackie’s holistic approach to wellness is outstanding. I have learnt so much about my body during my time with her leaving me feeling so much more in tune with what’s going on. It’s great to find a teacher that meets my physical and spiritual (small s) needs. As for her yin classes they are like a hug and a massage rolled into one. A brilliant teacher. 🙂
