Our school curriculum is designed to motivate and excite our children, as well as to provide them with the knowledge, skills and personal traits and dispositions they need to be fully equipped and empowered to embrace their future.
Services
We take the safety of our children very seriously. We make every effort to provide a safe and welcoming environment underpinned by a culture of openness where both children and adults feel secure, able to talk and believe that they are being listened to. We have clear policies in place to support our safeguarding practice and maintain an attitude of "it could happen here".
Our aim is to continue to improve the quality of education so attainment and progress for all pupils improves. We will continue to improve practices put in place to support children's social, emotional and mental health so they are ready to learn. We will continue to focus on our assessment for learning practice so that intervention and assessment information is used by teachers and support staff to target and close gaps for disadvantaged pupils.
At Broadlea Primary School, we provide high quality, fun and engaging P.E lessons to all children at the school. It is our intention to build a P.E curriculum that enables children to develop their knowledge and skills in a wide range of sporting activities, as well as developing the school's values and transferable life skills such as teamwork, fairness and respect.
At Broadlea Primary School, we provide a broad and balanced curriculum for all our children and we are committed to the principle of inclusive education. We strive for every child to receive an education that enables them to make progress so that they achieve their best, become confident individuals leading fulfilling lives and are able to make a successful transition into the next chapter in their education.
Advance equality of opportunity between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it. Foster good relations across all characteristics - between people who share a protected characteristic and people who do not share it. We are extremely proud to be a leading force for inclusion and diversity in education on the Island.

Someone I know went there for work experience and had a teacher intimidate and scare her all week. Would rate the school 0 if I could. Don't even think about this place it's horrible and no 15 yr old girl deserves to be intimidated by a grown adult during work experience.
