After a botched prescription from Boots, resulting in a waste of time and money, i approached Hill Vision hoping for some advice regarding the prescription I got and to find out what the issue was. Amit was kind, professional, and genuinely willing to help with my issue, even though there was no immediate financial incentive for him to do so. After taking his time to find out what was wrong with my prescription, I enquired about a reglaze, and was explained the options. Firstly the staff make you feel really welcome. I didn't feel just like another number, but they took time to talk to me and make fee feel comfortable. Helping me with which glasses to choose. I was surprised at how affordable trendy designer glasses can be with no hidden charges.
