I have used the taxi service for many years now always on time and professional highly recommended and if they say be 15mins they are which is great for the wife when she waiting around with two kids when out shopping and the Management always Willing to listen if you have a problem good run business in the heart of the black Country good work guys 👍👍and we will always use them

Have always used waterfront cars and will always continue to use them , always on time , polite and well mannered any issues you have they sort it and sort you a reasonal price out never had any trouble with them whenever I get in one the taxis the drivers have always helped me out if I got a bags of shopping and my two year old son with me they will get out and help me 100 percent recommend these never really used any other taxi service ⭐

I've used waterfront cars for over as year now and I can't fault their service. The cabs are always neat and tidy. The drivers have always been polite and pleasant.
They always try to get a taxi out to you as soon as they can and if not let you know how long you have to wait.
To be honest, I can't fault the service they provide.

Few weeks ago driver accused me of having counterfeit money discriminated against me and left me feeling like a criminal, I got out of the car, then when I complained to operator, the operator was very aggressive; verbally abused me and put the phone down many times and refused to pass my details onto the manager when I did a review they lied in their response about what happened and managed to take one of my reviews down off another website. As I was a long term customer I couldn’t believe how I was treated and I realise now they didn’t care about my awful experience, they just wanted to cover
