I use many different cab services . And most drivers offer help loading up the boot especially as I usually have many bags/ luggage . Not this firm . Absolutely shocking . My driver today being the worse. After it happening 20+ times . I thought I would let my feelings be known .

Didn't advise customers that after 7pm they were charging a surge charge. Didn't pay the taxi and they still expect the money. When it was there mistake not ours. Why would you pay extra money, when you had been paying the same everytime you used them. To then realise they were charging more without being advised of this. We were regular customers with them, my whole family used them. Then we started using newline now they have merged with this company. Lack of communication with there customers and poor customer service. Lost decent customers through this

I had a taxi the morning of 6th December 2021. As far as I'm concerned I'd paid on card through the app, the driver made no comments to suggest payment hadn't gone through. I took a call today 12th December 2021 from the company and advised me that the driver didn't take payment on that day and that I owe them £11.40. I obviously questioned this and asked why it had take nearly a week to alert me of this and they said they were going to call me mid-week but they forgot. At first I said I wasn't going to make the payment as they should have taken it there and then and notified me a lot sooner.

A driver took me to the airport on 23rd Oct.I was unable to give him my return details and told him I would call when I needed to return. My sister in France called them for me .Couldnt get through so used their WhatsApp. The man was rude and told her that this was a text line .Before she had a chance to explain, they hung up.I called my daughter in England and asked her to call for me .When she called they refused to collect me from the airport making it necessary for her to call another company .I have been a good customer for several years but am totally disgusted with them and will never use

This used to be my favourite place to book taxis from. Always on time and great value. However over the last few weeks, every trip has been a huge disappointment, and that's assuming you actually GET a taxi because apparently they are CONSTANTLY fully booked. Every time I call they have nothing available... I even tried booking over an hour in advance and the taxi was still over 15 minutes late. Waiting time shows 30mins but then taxi shows up in 2 minutes which is no good if you're asking for a wait and return, as the driver will not wait and you end up getting charged! Unreliable and unpredictable

Had my first taxi in about 8 years last week, really good service and did not let me down. The operator was great and went through each and every bit in detail just to reassure me. The vehicle was clean and in my opinion really good value for money therefore will be using again when needed.
