Outward journey, fantastic.
Homeward bound. Stress !
Pre booked a week in advance, 6 passengers with a wheelchair.
The car that had been prepaid for turned up totally unprepared and 30 minutes late, so after faffing around in the cold ( 0°c) for another 20 minutes, folding seats down, up, down and up again, we ended up dismantling a wheelchair and dispersing bits amongst the passengers, 2 kids in the back with wheels on their laps, 75 year old with half the frame on her legs in the middle , mother in the front holding everyone's bags because the boot was full, me and my sister trying to hold

Ordered a taxi for my slightly worse for wear disabled mom after a family party.
They were on time and the Driver was so very nice, kind and friendly I had full confidence that she would get home safely.
In fact after talking to mom the following day she commented and complimented the driver for his politeness kindness and his patience.
He did not leave until she got by her front door safley and the price was very competitive and for the quality of service she tipped him so was happy to pay more for high quality service.

Been using brookfleet taxis for years never had a problem till tonight. There was 8 of us booked ahead of time we wanted. Brookfleet even called to say it would be two taxis. No problem. First taxi in a Toyota previa said he could only get 3 in , but next taxi was on its way. The next taxi came no way he could get 5 in. I meatiin this in a nice manner. To be told call the office I'm off!!

Iv used Brookfleet for a long time and they have always been reliable, recently they are slipping with their services. The drivers are fantastic but I actually feel sorry for them as the people that work in the base lie to the customers as to where their taxi is even when it’s pre-booked the taxi comes way late the people in the office have no consideration for the drivers. The drivers get shouted at for being so late when it’s actually the offices fault for booking taxis knowing their drivers can’t be in 3 places at one time. It’s rediculous and I will no longer be using Brookfleet.

Ordered taxi night before and never turned up. When I called they basically called me a liar even though the driver never contacted me. No apologies no consideration that I had waited 40 minutes they expected me to wait a following 20 minutes which is unacceptable when it's pre booked I will be making a full complaint to the management as I missed 45 minutes of work because of their poor value and unprofessional manner.

Myself and my other half used taxis to get to work this morning due to our car being in the garage, we've always used Brookfleet but not really had a taxi much over the pandemic, was a bit nervous but the driver had his window down and mask on, and after speaking to my other half the other driver also has a mask on, of course we did too, but great to see they are still wearing them as I've seen some without. Thanks for a great service x
