We dealt with Richard from Taylor Hall Financial Services around 6yrs ago after a recommendation from a colleague. I have now used him on a few occasions and he's also worked for friends. He's the only broker
I have recommended as I know he'll be honest, will dig for the best deals and will keep you updated when your mortgage is next due. He's always busy which shows how popular he is and with good reason. A broker to trust.

Do not hesitate to use these. Mark has been a saint putting up with me and my inability to be mathematically minded! I knew from the start Mark was the right man for the job and cannot rant enough about how utterly professional and on the ball he was. He will always be saved in my phone as 'mortgage mark' and Ill be onto him when my deal is up for renewal...lucky for him that's a couple of years yet!

Richard met with me at a time suitable to me after work and guided me through the Initial process which as a first time buyer was invaluable, Put me on to a decent mortgage deal with good cash back and no fees that basically paid off my solicitor fee. It helped not having the sting of solicitor and application fee. Was great with arranging paperwork with a gifted deposit and was on hand when needed which is particularly difficult trying to get sorted in a lockdown. Arranged a survey for the house I was buying and despite a Last minute hitch day before completion, Richard sorted it in a few minutes

Mark guided us through the process of purchasing of our first home and was on hand 24/7 from start to finish. From the first call to after I completed and moved into my new home Mark was brilliant to have on side. He worked with me to understand exactly what I needed from my mortgage, arranged solicitors who I would also highly recommend and made the process so easy and straightforward. The communication was regular and informative at every step and calls and texts were always answered and returned without hesitation. Mark took a lot of the stress of chasing up progress away from me which was much appreciated and even followed up with a call the day after completion to make sure everything had gone smoothly
