Me and my partner moved into our first home last week with the help from Sophie and she was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole moving process. She was always happy to answer any questions, explain things and liaise with the solicitors, surveyors or mortgage lenders. It was always clear that she’s very knowledgeable and dedicated in her role, and personally she was always friendly, approachable and professional. Paul has made the process of buying a house (which everyone says is really hard) pretty simple. He's been to our flat a few times to take information and then largely handled the whole thing - all we've had to do is sign documents and agree to advice. Honestly been a fantastic service and I couldn't imagine buying a house without Paul's help.

Paul came to talk to me about Insurance, he was so helpful and very informative. I had no idea what cover I had or what I even needed. He looked at my existing policies and pointed out while they were okay they didn’t actually meet my needs and requirements. He found me better policies which now have me fully covered but has actually saved me money in the process. I can not recommend him and his company enough and would not hesitate to refer him and his team to anyone.

I first contacted Approved Mortgage Solutions Ltd in January 2018 for a further advance on my property. As of July 2018 the application still hadn't been submitted. I called numerous times and my calls were never answered. Paul promised to ring me back and never did. I would ring Paul several times per day, leave voice messages, text him to request a call back and I even phoned his office.
I have never had such service from any company ever.
As a result, if I got a fixed term product now I would have to stay with my existing mortgage provider on their variable rate and as such it will cost me
