Steve Jackson helped broker our purchase in 2019 and I’ve gone on to recommend him and the firm to a few friends successfully. I honestly cannot recommend Jackson Potter enough. Nigel and Steve have genuinely been brilliant. Mortgages are usually the most stressful part of a property purchase but with Jackson Potter they were the least stressful part of the transaction. Nigel was always available when I needed advice, he always acted promptly to new instructions and my mortgage was finalised in less than 2 weeks. I highly recommend Jackson Potter. We took out a mortgage just over a year ago, they made everything seem easy an uncomplicated. Professional and easy to reach whenever we had any questions. Taking out a mortgage can be one of the most stressful times and it is essential that you trust the company you are dealing with. From start to finish both Steve and Ian have been outstanding. Without their help I would not of even known I was able to move by renting my house. All the little questions I've had were answered. I am truly grateful for all the help and advice. We even got rejected on the first mortgage but straight away Steve found another one which was actually a better deal. We were on a deadline to have everything in place within 5 weeks but Steve was a real star and got us there. Top class service.
