Services
Our team, under the management of Jim Melville, provide 24 hour person-centred care and support to create the 'Campbell Snowdon experience' which our residents and their families value so much. Many of our team have been with us for more than 15 years and obtain regular staff training to develop their special interests within the field.
Our aim is to create a 'home from home' where each resident not only benefits from the extra personal care they require, but has the opportunity to participate in the varied events and activities available. Although each room is fully furnished, residents are encouraged to bring small pieces of furniture, a television, pictures and personal effects to make their room feel homely.
As a charitable trust, we always encourage support from the local community to help improve the experience of our residents. Whether you want to help by volunteering within the home or through donations to help with the general upkeep of the facilities, we welcome your involvement at Campbell Snowdon.
The Regulation of Care (Scotland) Act 2001 established a system of care regulation in Scotland, the purpose being to provide greater protection for people in need of care services. The Scottish Inspectorate for the Regulation of Care registers and inspects services against a set of National Care Standards which outline the quality of service that care service users have the right to expect.
