Customer service was good, mechanics display a good level of competency. However, an MOT and service on a 1L Toyota Aygo should not cost £341.28, no matter if its a full service or not. Shall be going somewhere that doesn't insist on pricing out local customers next time.

I had used Phillips for years and was very happy with them. Great service, work, and advice, even if it did come at a price. However, over the summer I took my car for a service (costing over £600), when the radiator pump valve (?-warning, I don't know about cars) Was replaced. All seemed well, until I was driving up to Liverpool for work a couple of days later when my car broke down is glorious fashion in the M62 in June/July. Since I was in the fast lane in peak traffic at the time of breakdown, it took a short while to weave between cars and lorries safely and get into the hard shoulder, all

I needed work doing at short notice, Phillips were recommended to me and didn't disappoint. I dropped my car at 9.30 and it was finished by lunch. They were all very friendly and fairly priced. Happy customer

My son had his car MOT'd there. It failed, which is fine, however firstly they quoted £2200 for a repair that actually cost £765 and secondly they told him that they could not retest the vehicle for 3 weeks!
Their MOT charges are high and I've alway been able to find a garage to do the work at less that half their quotes.
After I called them they did say that they could do it tomorrow but frankly I would seriously recommend my son not go there again for anything.
I you live near Slough you cant do much better than Enigma Servicing and Repairs

Fabulous garage with a friendly, helpful and honest team. I take both my car and campervan there, and Nigel always does his best to help no matter what the problem, always going that extra mile. The reception staff are friendly and understand what good customer service is. I cannot recomend them enough.
