Shonky outfit. Car was fine for a year up until taking it in to them. They told me they discovered a major brake issue despite the brakes being totally fine for the past year with absolutely no change in performance. Decided not to trust them, and take my car back, then lo and behold, suddenly start losing brake fluid. Funny, that. Such a coincidence! Be careful if you have to go to this place, or just go to somewhere you know is reliable and honest.

I had an engine management light come on my Mini and took it to this garage for advice.
From the warm friendly smile of the lady in Reception to the fantastically knowledgeable man that looked at my car and gave me advice, I cannot recommend this garage enough.
Absolutely I will return to use them for servicing and MOTs. You don't need to use a dealers garage this one is seriously the best.

Outstanding customer service from the moment my car was picked to when it was returned to me. The car pick up team were very courteous and polite. Carl kept in contact with me throughout the day, without the need of being chased by me. Good honest work and all costs were very reasonable and transparent. Whoever cleans the car does an amazing job too. Can't find any fault with the experience and would highly recommend MPC. Mr Clarke
