I recently went to Hesters needing some urgent help whilst my 3 children were with me in the car and I can honestly say I have never received such wonderfully kind, supportive, honest, genuine and quick service. The mechanic there was brilliant and the guy who works on the front desk was also fantastic. I would 100% recommend them and will definitely be returning.

I called and spoke with Dan about some damage to my car and he fitted me in for an early appointment the following day. As promised they popped my car up onto the ramp as soon as I arrived, car was repaired within hours. This team goes above and beyond to help, advise about and fix your car. They did not do any hard selling, or try to rip me off, honest and straight up - thank you!

MoT carried out and they fixed a wing mirror and charged when I did not request this (I had bought a wing mirror to replace it).
Another garage when I changed the bulbs (and forgot the reg plate light and it failed) asked if it was ok to replace, I said it was fine (cost me a few quid more but at least they asked).
