We offer a simple straight forward ethos. To get our clients the best price, from the best buyer or tenant, whilst taking the stress and hassle from the process. We qualify the buyer and tenants, including the chain and all buyers' financial positions, and only mark a property as sold when all buyers have financially committed.
Most people move on average every 7 years, so you will be forgiven for not remembering the process and how it works. Here is our handy process to help you along. We will negotiate the best price we can and make sure they can afford your property. We will also qualify their position and speak to their estate agent if they have sold a house too to clarify full chain details.
Most people when they purchase a property will require some sort of mortgage to be able to fund the purchase. How do you choose which one is best for you? There are a plethora of companies out there offering mortgages.
You may obviously recognise some of the High Street brands local to you, Halifax, Lloyds, Natwest etc, but what about the companies that do not have a High Street presence near you, such as Skipton Building Society, The Mortgage Works, Virgin and so on, and how do you find out about them?

If you would like to rent one of our property's, you have to go through the application process. We only take one application at a time per property. Before we take an application and any fees, you will be asked to fill out a questionnaire, which may be given to the landlord, before we ask you for referencing fees.

Perfect in every way!
To be honest, I was dreading putting my house on the market. I've always hated the whole process.
In my opinion, the key to a quick and successful sale is the pricing. It needs to be priced correctly. Next Place hit that particular ball right out of the park : -)

Next place was brilliant with myself and my husband for the house that we was purchasing.

Myself and my partner have recently purchased a house using Next Place and cannot recommend them enough. The staff are lovely and have been showing us around houses for a good few months now. Lyndsey was very friendly and helpful. From the start communication was excellent and the WhatsApp group set up for communication/viewings etc was ideal.
Any issues or problems were dealt with promptly and I was kept up to date with everything by Lyndsey.

We used Next Place to sell our property in Tamworth. Everything was really straight forward and Claire was great when it came to organizing viewings and our sold within the first couple of weeks. The online viewings systems made things much easier.

The house we purchased was for sale through Next Place. We would highly recommend Next Place, they were absolutely brilliant. We liaised with Lyndsey at the beginning, she showed us round the house and dealt with taking our offer. Lyndsey explained everything thoroughly and she answered any questions that we had.
