Amazing service up until we completed on a new build. We had no heating and informed to call a number on the welcome pack. We called that number and told he fitted the heating 2 years ago and nothing to do with him.
We called Taylor cole who abruptly told us to go to our solicitor as nothing to do with them or the builder. (Even though it comes with a 10 year warranty)
We moved into the house 2 weeks ago, have no heating with a 2 year old who suffers from asthma. We have now paid for our own engineer to come out as we aren’t willing to wait and risk having no heating for Christmas. Really poor

It's not the first time we have used Taylor cole for good reason. From sale to completion they are always on the ball and a step ahead of all concerned. Always keeping you informed of what is going on and giving a gentle, but firm prompt when things need to be done. Professional every step of the way. The best agent we have ever used in Tamworth. Selling my late mothers house was emotionally difficult enough but I have to say that Taylor Colle made the whole thing as easy and as pain free as they possible could.
Their understanding attitude and work ethic all the way from initial contact with Lauren, the of thoroughness of Jack carrying out the evaluation and photos and the professionalism of Laura in the office keeping us updated right through to the final sale was so impressive and sets the standard very high for how I believe estate agents should act.

Taylor Cole offered an excellent customer service to us as buyers, and were nothing but efficient and responsive to any questions we had. They also offered a really personal approach, with several courtesy calls to check in with us! I would highly recommend Taylor Cole and their whole team! No matter who you spoke to they were always helpful and willing to assist.

Poor communication from start to finish. Our emails were ignored by the staff member dealing with our case and most of the time when I asked for a call back they failed to do so. It took 2 and half weeks until I finally spoke to someone, which happened to be the Jonathan Cole.
We were in a situation, which initially was not Taylor and Cole's fault however their poor communication and attitude completely put us off.
When I called to say we were pulling out of the property, following a discussion with Jonathan, I was told Jonathan Cole would call me as soon as he had finished to discuss it further
