The application form allows us to approach the owner of the property with all relevant information and obtain a decision in principle from them promptly. Our reference checks will ensure you are registered on the electoral roll and also confirm credit scores and employment information. We will also contact your employer to obtain a reference and will contact your previous landlord or letting agent to obtain a reference.
Should your application be successful you will be asked to pay a 100 holding deposit. Once we receive your information, we will commence our reference checks via our preferred supplier, Legal for Landlords. Once your application has been approved by the Landlord and you have paid your holding deposit, you will be sent a reference request via email for you to fill in online.

Absolute dreadful. Tried to contact re an out of hours security issue on a rental property...no out of hours number. Days later my daughter and grandson still haven't been made secure.
Also there are dreadful conditions in the property which after fighting to resolve are not being addressed. Do Not Use!!! Please dismiss the star, I had no option...zero star's given.

Absolutely disgusting communication from the lettings department. So rude and unprofessional, twice I left my name and number for a property that they had on rightmove to let was told I'd be contacted as soon as they had access and I had to call again to be told all viewings had been booked so I had no chance. Not the first time its happened with Jaumans! I'd avoid them in future if possible

Absolutely shocking. Allowed myself and my partner to travel from London to view a house which was magically 'let agreed' half an hour after the viewing, even though we were told all applications would go to the landlord for a decision.
We then booked a second viewing of another property and arrived at the set time, to phone and be told that we couldn't view as 'the tenant had coronavirus' - and let us travel London to Birmingham again without telling us this. Upon viewing the website, we can now see that the let had been agreed to someone else three days prior to our scheduled viewing. So not

Amazing service! I visited Jayman with plans to move and was shown a plethora of properties that matched my criteria by an extremely helpful guy called Jay. Jay was very enthusiastic and was willing to do everything he could to make sure I received the best service. It's staff like this that make a company. Great work 👍

My wife and I decided to sell our property and relocate to Lancashire, we decided to put our house on the market with Jayman, It was all very seamless and in 2 days photographs had been taken, the write up written and approved and pictures in the branch window displayed and the “for sale” sign up.
Communication from Jayman sales office was excellent with regards to arranging viewings and feedback from potential buyers.
