There are families who may require an experienced staff to deal mainly with family cooking. The staff will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of all food for the household as well as for their guests.
Shopping for or order food and kitchen supplies, planning menus, preparing meals for the family and possibly for other household staff, peeling, washing, trimming, and cooking vegetables and meats, serving meals and snacks to the family and their guests, planning and preparing food for parties, holiday meals, luncheons, special functions, and other social events, stocking, organizing, and cleaning kitchens and cooking utensils.

We offer a unique domiciliary service that provides temporary and permanent extra support and assistance with daily living activities to the elderly, disabled and those suffering from physical health problems or recuperating from an operation and then live in their own homes.
Clients called us on several occasions asking for temporary staff to help in events and parties which we added to the services we provide. DAL Event and Party Staff should possess the willingness and flexibility to work with a diverse population of guests, clients and fellow staff.
Meeting and greeting party guests upon arrival, administer the party register ensuring arrival and departure of all guests are recorded, ensure the party room and the dedicated table is immaculately clean and correctly set up prior to the commencement of the catering element of the party, serve party food and beverages to guests, encourage a party atmosphere at all times including organising cutting of the cake, assist the catering team with food preparation, cleaning & serving duties as necessary for the smooth running of the party, carry out cleaning duties and assist with other relevant duties as assigned.
