A warm welcome awaits you at Pine Lodge, a friendly and comfortable Victorian house set on a hillside overlooking the beautiful countryside of the West Lyn Valley. Offering guest parking on the same level as the front door, Pine Lodge is within walking distance of Lynton and Lynmouth. Pine Lodge is ideally situated for exploring all that Exmoor and North Devon has to offer.
Guests can enjoy walks to Watersmeet and Valley of Rocks. We are within an hour's drive of the National Trust properties at Arlington, Dunster and the RHS Garden Rosemoor. Our first floor bedrooms are all ensuite and we can offer you a choice of ensuite with a shower or bath. Enjoy your breakfast in our charming dining room whilst watching the local birds and, if you are lucky, the Red Deer.

Services
All of our 5 ensuite bedrooms are on the first floor accessed by stairs. There are 13 stairs to a half landing and 4 further stairs up to the main corridor, making a total of 17 stairs. Please note there are 2 additional steps along a corridor for guests in room 4. All our rooms have a television, hospitality tray, alarm clock and hairdryer.
Breakfast at Pine Lodge is taken in our cosy Guest Dining Room. Guests can choose one of our tasty cooked dishes. Most of these dishes can be adapted should you have dietary requirements, intolerances or allergies, just let us know in advance of your visit. Your cooked breakfast is prepared freshly for you.
The Cliff Railway connects the two towns. Lynton is 500 ft above Lynmouth and the railway track is 862ft in length. Amazing views and easier on the legs, this is said to be the highest and steepest fully water powered railway in the country. Lynton is quite possibly the smallest town in the country to have a full time cinema.
