Andrews Quality Meats Ltd is a well-established butcher offering locally produced, boned and cut meat. We have over 20 years' experience in all aspects of the meat trade and only supply meat of the highest standard which is locally produced and boned and cut in-house. To ensure that all of the cutting we do is of the required quality all of our butchers have been trained to the unique levels required.

We pride ourselves on our professionalism and flexible response to the particular needs of our customers. Help and advice on what joints or cuts of meat to choose or how to cook meat is always available. We provide everything you could ever want from fresh local free range meat and poultry to homemade pies and sausage rolls.
Services
Here at Andrews Quality Meats, we pride ourselves on using only the finest carcass's, hand selected by experienced professionals. To which we then dry age in our Himalayan Salt Dry Ageing Cold Room. We train all our own staff, to get them to our high standards of butchery, and to pass on our knowledge to both our staff and customers.
All our fillet steak is dry aged for a minimum of 40 days, ideal for a beef wellington or chateaubriand. Our ribs of beef are dry aged for a minimum of 40 days, for the king of Sunday roasts to feed 3. Our ribs of beef are dry aged for a minimum of 40 days, for the king of Sunday roasts to feed 6. All our chicken legs are from award winning grain fed chickens, they are perfect for the BBQ glazed in a BBQ sauce. All our chicken kebabs are perfect for the BBQ or if you want something summery during the week. All our chicken surpremes are perfect for stuffed breasts wrapped in bacon or roasted for 1 person.
Our Venison pan fried joints are cut from the haunch, and are trimmed up ready for the oven, ideal for 2-3 people. All our diced Venison is cut from the shoulder and haunch of the deer, ideal for casseroles and pies. All our Venison fillets are cut from the loin of the animal and are perfect for pan fried steaks or Venison Wellingtons.

Have tried many Butchers in and around Wiltshire but Andrew's is the best! So good on my 50th I had a load of pork pies and scotch eggs delivered, they went in seconds!!!!! The quality of meat is excellent as well as customer care.

Excellent hog roast for my 50th birthday party provided by Andrews. Friendly efficient staff, amazing quality meat. Everyone commented on the lovely pork rolls served up by the guys.

Since moving into highworth I have used Andrew's several times - Their sausages are wonderful , it's a hard decision between the highworths and the bloody lovelys .
Very lucky to have a local butcher like this .

A Fatastic Gem of an operation. All the folks go out of their way for their customers. I cannot rate them high enough and their "Bloody lovely" sausages are well.....Bloody lovely! Try them in one of their On site baked sausage rolls

Had meats from andrew irregularly until recently. had baby back ribs and t bone/ribeye steaks this week and they're the best meats I've ever had. keep up the great work. will be back again soon.

In these strange times it’s wonderful to get that special feeling from eating out without being able to go to a restaurant!
Andrews have delivered some fantastic steaks to us over the last few weeks but I have… to give a special shout out for my 2x steaks 🥩
The 1st, was a massive T-Bone 🍖 which half filled me and we joked around the table that I needed bigger!! My mother called Andrews and said thanks so much for the T-Bone but my son said he wants bigger, their reply was “right,be prepared” so next time a dinosaur 🦖 was delivered, a 33oz rump.

Everything we have ordered is super tasty, super fresh, very good value for money, they always have new stuff coming out, loyalty cards available if you shop there enough, hot food cooked in house, friendly staff, what more do I need to say? Get down there and buy the best meat you will find.

Andy and his team give excellent customer service in a friendly and welcoming manner. They have some very tasty ready to cook products (ie. Poachers pockets, chicken breast with BBQ sauce wrapped in Edam cheese and smoked streaky bacon) to name but one! The roasting beef is truly top quality. You really are spoilt for choice with a wide variety of cooked meats as well.

Meat is top quality especially the beef. only negative is the sausages the last 2 lots that i brought went in the bin as you couldn't eat them, Cumberland was so peppery that you gagged, and the welsh sausages had a mush like consistency which was quite unpleasant.
My suggestion is that the owner put someone else on sausage making duties.
