In 2002 with increase in trade, Shane Bayliss and Antony Cutler became business partners to expand the business into a butchers, greengrocer and delicatessen.

Services
Our beef is reared on a small farm by Mr John Eddolls (farmer John) in Grafton Oxfordshire, about 6 miles from our shop. With a mixture of breeds which are all grass fed in the Cotswold countryside. All our beef is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 30 days on site as whole hind and fore quarter meat.
Variety of cooked meats from home cooked and honey roasted glazed hams to salami and other charcuterie. Range of home baked pies and pasties with our speciality pork pies made to our own traditional recipe with our quality meats and attention to detail. Alongside homemade Quiches we also have handmade scotch eggs with our own sausage-meat recipe including chorizo and black-pudding versions.
From garden parties to weddings, Cutler and Bayliss hog roasts can suit any sized party. We use the same pigs as we do in the shop and the freshly baked rolls come from our local bakery. Using a hog roast oven to slow cook our pork, we start by scoring the pig and rubbing it with salt to allow the fat to render down and produce the best crackling.
