Order was meant to be delivered Wednesday last week. No show. It came on the Friday... completely unfrozen meaning we had to Chuck away a £20 order. Customer service got back to me and they were sent images of… said order along with a request for a refund for the order and delivery fee ( still awaiting a response) We ordered again and requested it to be sent with Royal Mail tracked 24. They ignored this and sent it with DHL. Therefore we are now two orders down as our other order was meant to be deliver yesterday and still hasn’t shown up. Normally trusty pet supplies have been

Started ordering online and set up a monthly delivery for my cat food, one of mine is very sensitive and can only cope with Nature's Menu Chicken and Turkey, first few deliveries were great, on time and well packaged. Then they sent they wrong food, turns out the store don't deal with the online ordering, and the online team don't deal with… customers.....after an initial response to my email saying they would send the correct food and collect the other, all communication ceased, I still have the wrong food and had to go and buy the correct food at a higher price locally as they had failed

Absolutely brilliant! Have been using another store for the last 2 years that is 45 minutes from me in Ashbourne. Will now be using Trusty Pet Supplies & recommending. So many brands stocked and reasonable prices including loyalty scheme which is fantastic. The new store is huge & so so good. Staff are extremely knowledgeable, have recommended to friends & family. 👍🏼

We visited the new store & it’s probably the best pet store we have been to.⭐️
We feed our dogs a raw diet and have been hoping for a store to open closer to home that stocks all of our favourite brands and now… we have it!😁 They stock natural treats which we love & so many good quality dog toys.

We took our dog down to the opening of the new Trusty pet supplies shop today in Mackworth
The shop is very well stocked and organised, it’s so nice to have a store like this on our doorstep!
Milo loved the… range of treats and toys especially! See pic! He hasn’t left his new Kong toy alone!
