Some of the best service I've experienced!
Me and my partner were running two hours late due to a accident on the motorway, even though we were late the gentleman couldn't be of more help!
Even though we were only stopping over for the night (going thrope Park in the morning) he told us about local shops, restaurants, bars and landmarks etc.
Great local farmers market to go to only round the corner, as a Londoner im not used to such general kindness from people.
I would highly recommend this place!
P.s this review is a year late, im looking to book again and felt compelled to write a review

Stunning suite with so many wonderful facilities. Incredibly clean and fuctional. My friends and I loved our stay at Heywood Hall. It was great having the freedom to cook our own food and the breakfast suppliers on offer were wonderful! I was a particular fan of the hot tub and sauna. As well as loving the accommodation we ventured to the local pub and could not have been more warmly welcomed by the locals. The owners of heywood Hall gave us some great suggestions for day trips and it's thanks to them we enjoyed a brilliant day at monkey Forest! Alton Towers is five/ ten minute drive away.

As always the suite was immaculate, comfortable and spacious. The fridges were fully stocked with the usual sausages and bacon etc which is a must before tackling the parks.
The new owners are just as friendly and helpful as the last couple and we found a bottle of wine in our fridge with a 'welcome back' card which was a nice touch. We also arrived an hour before check in, which was not a problem and we were shown to our suite.
After 8 hours around the park it was time for the hot tub in the evenings. This is a must after walking around all and is a big appeal for this guest house.
This a great
