As a group of family members ( 30 +) we booked accommodation with Ashbourne Self catering Ltd ( ashbourneselfcatering.com), also know as PMW property ( julia@ pmwproperty.com). last week entirely due to the current restrictions government has quite rightly placing on society, we firstly tried to postpone the 4 day holiday until later in the year or next year, not an option according to Ashbourne, they would allow a 10% refund if we cancelled giving 14 days notice, they have retained over £3,000 ( reservation no 1092979) and then immediately advertised the property again.

Just checked out after a fantastic long weekend at Shiningford. Fabulous old Manor House, clean, spacious and very well equipped. Spent the whole weekend outside in the amazing grounds. Playing in the swimming pool, games in the garden and relaxing in the hot tub. Great walk around the Carsington Reservoir, which is a stone’s through away. Staff very responsive to our questions / enquires. Thanks Michelle, we definitely recommend staying here 😊
