BULKGEAR is a specialist haulage engineering business providing dedicated engineering assitance to clients across the South of England since 1979. The company was originally started by Derald Cutler as a one-man-band mobile engineering business catering specifically for the rapidly growing bulk feed 'blowing' business.
Bulkgear provide a range of engineering solutions for commercial vehicles, articulated and non-articulated HGVs, and any mobile machinery utilising pneumatic and / or hydraulic systems.

Our team are all highly skilled in the application, repair and servicing of a huge variety of hydraulic equipment. We regularly fit "wet kits" to new tractor units and offer a wide range of bespoke equipment and parts to get new vehicles on the road as swiftly as possible. Our problem solving ability and expertise in providing alternative solutions to redundant / out of manufacture components is unsurpassed by any in our area of operation.
Our business was built around pneumatics. We now deal mainly with large bore mobile pneumatic systems for delivery of bulk pellet and powder based materials; however our expertise has developed to include pneumatic circuits of all varieties. Bulkgear are more than happy to assist with any mobile pneumatic systems - from bulk tankers to drain jetters, non-liquid fluid delivery systems to mobile dust extraction units.
An integral part of today's multi-drop loose materials delivery is the accuracy and reliability of onboard weighing / measured delivery technology. While breakdown may not cause delivery / collection failure in it's own right, failure can cause a serious headache for both logistics and materials allocation onsite.

I damaged my tailboard on my 2017 Renault c tipper I was gutted I even thought about changing the top part of the tailboard I went in there on Friday mid day showed them what needed doing and left it with them spoke to Jon and said let me now when finished he got hold of me by Monday afternoon to say it was done they even made some new clamp brackets and fitted 2 new rams the job is first class well pleased I will defenately use bulk gear again Jon is very nice to deal with thanks sam moyse 👍😉
