The company has two directors, Lara and Esin. As working mothers ourselves, we are aware of how important it is to find the very best childcare possible for your child, allowing you to return to work safe in the knowledge that your child is being cared for in a secure, loving environment by qualified and experienced staff.

It is for that reason that we strive to create a safe and secure learning environment where children feel nurtured and stimulated from the moment they step through the door. We provide opportunities and activities for children to experience the five outcomes of the "Every Child Matters" Framework: Being Healthy, Staying Safe, Enjoying and Achieving, Making a Positive Contribution and Achieve Economic Well being.
Services
At Shining Futures we are committed to nurture your children's imagination and creativity, build their confidence through praise and strong caring relationships, develop their social skills through trust, respect and sharing, encourage them to grow and develop by inspiring them to love learning. Care Children need love and nurturing to develop a sense of trust and security that turns into confidence as they grow.
At Shining futures we care about each and every one of our children and their families. We demonstrate how much we care through the provision of warm, secure and nurturing emotional environments, where children are encouraged to make firm bonds with their key person who in turn, is committed to meeting their individual needs.
Dear Esin and Lara, its only seems like yesterday we were meeting you for the first time before Shining Futures was not even open and T. was only 9 months old! Two years almost and look how far you're brought the nursery! We're proud to be part of your wonderful achievement and we thank you both and all your staff for keeping "our boy" safe, happy and well.
Every child deserves to be special to someone and the Keyperson Approach recognises this. The Keyperson Approach is one of the vital principals in the Early Years Foundation Stage and now a statutory requirement of the framework. It is a reciprocal relationship between a member of staff, individual child and their family.
At Shining Futures we provide babies and young children inspirational opportunities to learn and develop through imaginative, creative, play based experiences. Children start learning from a very early age. They therefore need a stimulating and appropriate environment to explore and increase the knowledge of the world they live in.

My son has just finished at the nursery and about to transition to school. The nursery staff are its greatest asset - it’s a really warm family environment, with lots of energy, and I applaud them for giving the kids a sense of normality through the challenges of Covid. There is a lovely garden and activities are endless, and while it’s definitely focussed on fun, there is also a focus on learning - older children start to go through “school readiness” and the books we received at the end of his time there chart his development over 2 years and show the staff were keenly and regularly following

My eldest daughter started at Shining Futures when she was 7-months, she’s now 4years old, she’s the happiest girl with all teachers, activities and premises at the nursery. She has learnt a lot and developed her social and artistic skills. Every day she comes home telling me what she did and how much she enjoyed her day.
My youngest has been there from 8-months; he’s now a year old, his face brightens when we arrive at the nursery.
I couldn’t thank them enough for looking after and caring for my children

During the full two months of lockdown, this nursery has requested parents to still pay 70% of the monthly instalments. No other nurseries that I know of have requested that, and I question the legality of this practice, as no services where provided during that period and the nursery was in any case benefiting from the furlough arrangement to pay their employees. The excuse was that they needed to cover the rent of the place.

My little girl went to this nursery from 3 months and is now 3 years old, i have to say our experience at Shining Futures nursery has been fantastic, the staff are so friendly and go to a extreme extent to meet children's individual needs, My daughter would always run in to nursery without any issue, she had relationships with staff that were not even in her room. It is great to see that everyone is aware of eachother. The nursery provides really good meals and ensures children are always eat. I really struggle with eating with my girl, the nursery always ensure that she was fed and made preferences

Our 3,5 years old son likes that place and his teachers. Even he can’t speak in English they get along with him and even he is a picky boy he had started eating his meals after 2 weeks. So he is happy and we are happy. Thank you :)
